I ordered 2 Kali shower parts for my new steam shower from a local hardware store. The vendor missed selling me 2 key parts for the plumbing. When I contacted Kalia, customer service was super responsive and solved my problem immediately by sending me what I needed, free of charge. I'm blown away by the exceptional customer service and that's what would make me choose Kalia in the future.
A spray nozzle on a Kalia kitchen faucet we have had for 11 years failed. Warranty is 2 years. I e-mailed asking how I could order a replacement part (I said I would of course pay for it and gave them my address). There was a notice that the part had shipped when I checked my e-mail the next morning. They shipped it on overnight service. All of this and no request for payment! If these guys ever stop making fixtures they could run courses on how to treat customers! Amazing service - thank you Kalia!

My house built in 2015 came with a beautiful Kalia glass shower enclosure with roller door. Unfortunately, the hardware that holds the rail in place on the fixed panel broke recently and I was worried the whole thing would have to be replaced. I emailed Kalia, and Olivier got in touch with me right away asking that I send pics of the enclosure (so he could identify the model) and pics of what was wrong. I received the parts free THE NEXT DAY along with an email showing me how to tackle the very easy replacement. The door is fixed and the enclosure looks fantastic once again. You can't ask for better after-sales support and peace of mind.
I bought a Kalia faucet, I thought it was a little expensive but it was a piece of art very original and I really wanted that specific model. Unfortunately, the hose became defect after a few years and I was really disappointing thinking I would have to buy a new one. I wrote Kalia and to my surprise they jump right in solution mode leaving no complication for me. All they asked me was for pictures and the name of the distributor where I bought it and told me to choose a new faucet from there website that they would ship me right away free of charge. I feel good about encouraging a local cie that really takes care of it's clients.
I knew very little about Kalia until I had an issue with my 7 year old shower valve. I contacted Kalia by email, with the hope of getting assistance in fixing my problem. To my surprise, I received a phone call the next day from Gina. She had me send photos of the valve and a sales bill. Within 2-3 days I had a new replacement cartridge at my door. Gina also emailed detailed videos explaining how to replace it. The quick and courteous response from this company and in particular Gina, was remarkable. The installation of the replacement cartridge was quick and easy.
