I bought a 60" TYM snowblower for my Kubota that is made by Bercomac, when I received it I quickly found out that I would need to make some modifications to make it fit and I also needed a manual to see what was missing, I got a hold of Nathalie from Bercomac and she immediately sent me a manual without question and she also let me know where to buy the parts that I required from a local business, it is not to often that I receive service like I have from Bercomac but when I do I like to make it known about the excellent assistance that I have received, the product is well built and is of heavy duty construction and I cannot wait to try it out this winter.

Bought a 2016 berco brush cutter. After 30 hrs of usage in 3 years, some areas in the towing hitch attach points showed signs of weakness in the design. One call to Berco customer support asking if any improvements existed at the one bolt location, resulted in them sending to me directly 3 upgrade kits developed to address these weak points on the unit, these reported over the few years in service. All parts shipped and received free of charge, delivered on my front step. Received replacement upgraded hitch, full front end adapter and pulley system upgrade with belt plus all hardware. I really respect a company that stands behind their product line as such. would give 5 and half stars if option existed.
