(September 24, 2020, 5:40 pm)Excellent service from the staff of the Thetford Mines branch who 'turned back on a 10 cent' to get me the vehicle I had reserved, despite the obvious problems with the reservation system through the WEB.
This is the reason why I give 4 stars: WEB reservation gives a message to call a phone number to be sure to have our reservation .... and when you call the number, the person tells you that you can book through the WEB.
