In 25 years + doing business with different moving companies, whether for relocations or for projects, I have rarely had the chance to come across such a caring and professional team.

I'm from the MTL area and needed help getting some heavy machinery out of a shed and onto my trailer.

The trouble is that the machinery in question weighed more than 800lbs and the amount of information I had on the dimensions, the accessibility of the premises was almost nil.

I contacted 4 other companies before finding David from Senior Déménagement.

3 of these 4 never came back to me - or they refused to give me a quote in such circumstances.

The 4th came back to me with a quote where the minimum price was absolutely ridiculous.

David came back to us in less than an hour with a submission, relevant questions without giving attitude when I had no clearer answer to give him.

Once there, David and his team were on time, ready to work (those who have often dealt with moving companies will understand how fair that says a lot) and were super efficient.

Once the work was finished, David came to see me to tell me that since everything had happened so quickly, he was going to refund me part of my deposit.

No, who does that these days?
