Whether it is when returning to the reception with the contact of the security guard who is super reassuring and then with the receptionist and finally with the driving assessor.
I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to pass their license exam.
Quite the opposite of my two previous stressful and unpleasant experiences at the Lévis branch (service + disrespectful evaluator).
I felt like a person and not a number.
Professional and respectful service and staff.

(February 2, 2021, 9:48 pm)Excellent service. The people were professional and accommodating. My 2 sons graduated in the past month, and the reviewers were friendly and reassuring. While waiting for my guys to take their exams I had the opportunity to observe a little, and the employees of the SAAQ Thetford are really great.
