(July 12, 2022, 10:32 am)I have never followed up on this notice and I doubt that the shop is still open, but I find it important to follow up. We were finally contacted by the store who explained the reason for the delay and it was justifiable. Despite our refund, they still send us medal support and these are of excellent quality. This update is late but in my opinion necessary.
***A real fraud, we contacted consumer protection to file a complaint. They referred us to our banking institution for refunds and we got our money. Don't be fooled by these hustlers. They do not respond to email or phone.***
