Great location, courteous staff and easy access from exit 325 on route 20. Near shopping center, various attractions and ferry access to Quebec City.

Newer hotel complex in Lévis. Great modern decor well laid out to efficiently optimize room space. The service was very good at hotel and very accommodating. Location is great, with many restaurants and stores nearby in walking distance in addition to the COSMoS restaurant attached to same complex as hotel. Short couple mile drive to Ferry which runs every 30mins and brings you over to Old Quebec City area....So no need to drive the 30mins round about trip to QC and then have to deal with finding a parking spot.

Nice rooms, clean, and the very warm heated pool was great. Would have preferred a colder pool and small hot tub to the side. Comfortable stay with free parking. Shuttle from the ferry terminal was full so we had to wait an additional 20 minutes. The driver was friendly and suggested we wait inside where it was warmer until he returned.

This is a great hotel, staff could use some smile but overall clean, and pleasant stay. The breakfast is in adjoining cosmos restaurant which is nice but as a hotel guest you get the limited breakfast option (minus one star). You do get to experience cold Quebec / French hospitality from older generation still while the young are great.

What a great hotel I would 10/10 suggest tris hotel! I would definitely come here again, the staff was so nice. The hotel rooms were clean and well organized I had a very comfortable stay here. The rooms had wooden floors instead of old carpet which most hotels I have been to. The rooms were spacious and cozy.
