Small flat on the communication with the seller, which was not clear, we think that when there is ambiguity and an endless exchange of questions by email, an on-site visit is essential to be sure of the need. and what is included and what is not because we are not all comfortable with the construction industry. Once the seller was there, the ambiguity was gone and everything was clear. 3 Stars for the pre-sales part which could be improved in our case.
