Quick ferry to cross the river. The system is efficient and the view is great during the crossing.

Departures are every half hour during normal daytime hours, and only once per hour at night. So be sure to plan accordingly. Also, you CANNOT a) just show up without tickets or b) purchase them online, so make sure you give yourself some additional time to buy tickets at the ferry station. The service there was really slow during our visit and we almost missed a ferry.

On time, easy to use ferry. Very scenic approach for the old city.

It's affordable and convenient, the kids really loved it.
Appreciate the conveniences like coin-op machines for hot coffee, tea, and/or cocoa.
Clean, quick, fresh air, beautiful views.
Recommend.

*parking in old Quebec is difficult to find for convenience, especially at the ferry lot.
Levi side has beautiful park with water fountains for play during warm weather, ample parking, as well as a row of lovely small shops and cafes just across the street.
