Elisabeth Gueniffey Hypnothérapeute Certifiée

From a very young age, I bite my nails, tear off the skin around my fingers, eat the inside of my cheeks even. I tried a lot of things in those 30 years of self-harm: bad tasting nail polish, doing my nails, etc… nothing held up. I came across Ms. Gueniffey by pure chance on google, seeing that therapeutic hypnosis could help with this kind of problem. I was a little skeptical initially, but I had nothing to lose and after 3 sessions I saw a big difference! I barely touch my fingers anymore and I don't bite the inside of my lips anymore! I took a 4th session to solidify everything and for the moment, I am really amazed with the results, although I have a little trouble understanding how it works. I have had this defect for 30 years and in 4 sessions, it has improved by 95% so far. I really hope it holds up over time.
I have only good words for Ms. Gueniffey, she is a very professional therapist, in a good mood, who knows how to put people at ease and who handles the verb with great ease. I warmly recommend her. Her company is so enjoyable that even if it didn't work out, I wouldn't have bothered putting in the investment of time and money to see her! :)
