(September 30, 2022, 5:45 pm)Convenient to have a nearby and fairly complete gym for cardio and bodybuilding. The owner is very friendly and she answers questions well. We can have a training plan and we practice it once with the owner and she explains to us how to do the movements well it is practical when you are new or it has been several years since you have trained or it's new movements or exercises. Welcome!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !!!!!!!
