What we notice as the crow flies is its proximity to the river, it is as if sitting on the shore. Built in 1849, according to plans prepared by architect Pierre Gauvreau, the church is rectangular in shape with projecting choir and semicircular apse. The exterior walls covered with stone give it presence. I went around to cover several angles. I will return to the ground in summer 2021 to photograph the interior. Stay tuned
