(November 4, 2017, 3:51 am)It is, by far, the best windows and door manufacturer in eastern Canada. Before I ordered my windows, I met a great sales rep. that was able to help me choose the right model for my house. After I got them installed, I had a couple questions about performance and about my patio door screen, that I wanted to be a little more tight. Then I spoke with a great member of the after-sale service, answered my questions and gladly offered me to send their after-sale service technician to help with my screen. The technician that came to my house, was very professional and in an instant fixed my patio screen perfectly. Then he took the time to explain how to take care of my windows and went around the house to check every window to make sure everything was to standards. With that great experience, I appreciate my windows more now that I know that it's not only their product that is the best but their team that work around it too. Would recommend to anyone.
