Having opted for a townhouse built exclusively by Les Constructions Palex, I find myself equally satisfied with my previous experiences. Its strengths: respect for the budget (no surprises), very competitive price, respected deadlines, excellent soundproofing (townhouse), good quality of finish, renowned and most efficient teams of subcontractors (for choice of products)! If I have a 5th project, it will be my choice!
