I purchased a house that had elite windows installed in it. I was having a bit of a problem and reached out to them hoping they could resolve it for me. Their customer service was great. They were quick to respond, and though they were understandably busy during the early summer, they were able to completely address my problems. I would definitely recommend considering them if you are shopping for now windows. 5* service – prompt, courteous and they stand behind their product.

I bought a new construction house last year and Elite Windows was used for all doors and windows. After a year, I noticed one of the floor-to-ceiling windows was wobbling a lot. I called services, they came to inspect it, and they replaced it a month later under warranty. I also called after one of the cranks broke trying to open a frozen window, they said they'll sent me a replacement right away. Maybe the quality is not all perfect but all least, they own up to the warranty and A+ on customer service!
