One of the little slats broke because I jumped my 250 pound person on the bed and it broke and customer service sent me the replacement part for absolutely free because it has a five year warranty! Awesome
(April 9, 2020, 8:13 pm)What a great dresser. We put it together and noticed several large dents in the top. Obvious shipping damage. I called them up and spoke with Veronica. She shipped out a new top and hardware no questions asked. No hassle no pictures no claim forms. I will do business with them in the future.
