1 year old 5 ton trailer cracked in 1/2 with 6500lbs on it... called the dealer, they said no problem warranty will fix it... They asked me if there were any welding shops local to me. I put them in touch with a reputable welding shop, they approved the shop and shipped them the parts, instructed how they wanted the repair done...Went to pick up the trailer after the repair was completed and was told that k trail wasn't going to pay for the repair because it was too expensive

Update

The owner of K trail found out about this incident, and called me without delay. He was quite concerned that someone on his staff would actually allow this to happen. He paid for the repair and then some, and even build me a brand new trailer, deliver it and swap it out for the old repaired trailer.

Definitely happy about this resolution

Make sure you keep tabs on who's handling your customer service moving forward Maxime, if it wasn't for google reviews you may never have known this was happening
