(March 6, 2019, 6:41 pm)The cheese is the absolute bomb (Alfred Le Fermier), but the shop itself seems sterile: the cheese is under glass, it doesn't smell like a cheese shop, it seems more like a souvenier place, with more raclette machines and tabliers than actual cheese available. However, the cheese is the absolute BOMB, so four stars.
(December 15, 2018, 5:00 am)Best cheese I ever tasted in my life, they beat every cheese maker you can find here. the employee are very positive and helpful. You can also taste the different cheese before buying it!
(August 18, 2018, 8:51 pm)They have great grilled cheese!!!! I've never had a better one than at here!!!!! They know how to make amazing grilled cheeses!!!!!! The staff is very friendly and helpful, for both English and French speakers. Well worth the 2 hour drive from Burlington!

The grilled cheese was nice, it would have been nice to know which cheese was in it, or what the different sandwiches were.
(August 8, 2018, 8:25 pm)Great cheese producer with award winning cheese. They sell their cheese in the shop, along with some local produce. You can also have a bite to eat (yummy melted cheese sandwiches) and drink (insanely good ice tea).
