(April 29, 2017, 5:29 pm)Changes explain at most 3 weeks of the 128 days required to produce the plans for our contemporary small 3-bedroom residence ... We do not deal directly with the designer of the plans, only with the owner of the business. The latter is on, efficient and friendly, but the designer behind is lacking in diligence (probably scattered over too many projects at once). Each revision was delivered late. And even when each incorrect trait was clearly identified, documented and reviewed, it often took more than one revision to be corrected. I still give three stars because the fact remains that Drawings RJC is operated by honest and competent people and I was able to visit very beautiful residences of which they had made the plans. I guess I was just the victim of bad timing in the history of the business.
