(March 12, 2017, 9:29 pm)Although it's difficult to find and navigate the first time (don't be concerned about asking any one for help - everyone is friendly), the two back-to-back classes I attended left me feeling challenged and without injury ! The Member who brought me introduced me to the Instructor. In turn, she kept her eye on me, and was good enough to repeat her instructions in English when I demonstrated that I had not understood the French too well ! The overall schedule of classes seems to cover a variety of Client lifestyles, and Membership is reasonably priced. Lockers, showers and changing areas are clean.
