Dr. Côté and his staff are nice and I am pleased with how my treatment is going so far. I would definitely recommend.
Edit: The only negative thing about my treatment is that I have to take a lot of time off at work to go to my appointments since the clinic's schedule is not adapted for an 8 to 4 work schedule, and Wednesday evening appointments are always fully booked.

Dr. Côté helped both of my sons with Special Needs. One son wore traditional braces the other Invisalign. I recommend that you book an appointment and discuss your situation with Dr. Côté personally and not the secretary.
Since every child with Special Needs is so different, it would be difficult for a secretary to know how to help (because your request is not something that maybe they are use to accommodating and there might be a lack of understanding).

Dr. Côté is a kind Dentist who became an Orthodontist and will be honest with you in how he can help. Dr. Côté was recommended to us by Dr. Morin (a top drawer dentist).

Once the staff met my sons and were use to them, it was smooth sailing. And yes, I did have one issue with a receptionist which was promptly resolved. It is bound to happen, as no one is perfect.

I can state that my personal experience was wonderful. I am very grateful to all the staff. They were all very understanding and patient with my older son who did not always say the most appropriate things because of his Special Needs.

I highly recommend Dr. Côté. He is always pleasant and a joy to deal with. Thank you Dr. Côté and staff for a great experience.

My dentist referred my daughter to this orthodontist. Terrible receptionist. So bad that I didn’t even make an appointment to see the doctor. No please or thank you. Put me on hold for so long that someone else picked up and said “can I help you”. Then never apologized for the wait. Offered me a date and when I said that didn’t work she said “well what works for you then”. How am I supposed to feel confident in the service provided when the first impression is so bad? What a shame.

Dr. Brent Côté reached out to me personally and not only apologized for the mistreatment but also promised to speak to staff in order for this not to happen again. He also offered a free consultation for my daughter and a generous discount on the treatment plan. Not only did he rectify the situation but went out of his way to ensure client satisfaction.

Dr. Côté and employees are friendly and always smiling. Fluently bilingual and happy to help any way that they can. The office ise bright and welcoming. Treatment plan was well explained and appointment times were respected!!! Flexible office hours as well. I am happy to recommend Orthodontie Outaouais
