Went to see Raphael for some misfire issues on my 2010 GTI, he managed to diagnose the problem and also fixed it within the same day, for a reasonable price. Great service, I will definitely come back for future tune-ups!

Small shop where his owner works in the cars himself. He services two of my Fiats and it had been an absolute pleasure to deal with.The owner is a perfectionist, so you know the job will be done right there first time, every time. He has awesome customer service and his prices are always reasonable. I will never take any of my cars anywhere else.

Awesome service! I have been going here for the past 4 years and I have nothing but good things to say! Raph is very accommodating with scheduling. He is also very good at explaining what is wrong with the car and showing me the broken/needed parts. I am very happy that I have found an honest mechanic.

I recently brought a 2002 Audi TT to Raphael to have a pre-purchase inspection and subsequently some follow-up work to remedy a number of deficiencies. I am very impressed by Raphael's knowledge of all things VW and Audi and his enthusiasm for their products. It is never easy to work on 18 year old cars with their quirks and issues liked seized bearings, corroded fasteners, etc. Raphael did an excellent job at a reasonable price. In addition, he is a really pleasant person to deal with. He is my go to guy for the Audi TT.

Shop's like these are really rare. VW-Autowerk are extremely professional , take pride in their work, communicate open and honestly about what needs to get done and why, and are incredibly trustworthy. I highly rate their work and would recommend them to anyone in the vicinity who is looking for a great shop to bring their car to. It also helps that Raph, the shop's owner, has an incredible stable of cars and can troubleshoot most issues no matter who tough.
