The good news is that OrthoCanada gave me a full refund and graciously accepted the pillow back-- with follow-up. That's the way to do business! I will recommend them to anyone needing a "different" pillow!

I ordered one of the knee bracelets for my dad which didn't fit properly,
And the manager (Katherine or Kaitlin) was very nice and did everything she can in order to make me a happy customer.

(July 21, 2017, 2:30 pm)Just ordered an oval-8 online. Fantastic product... Upgraded my comfort for the next 6 weeks. Shipping was really fast (received it early next day via FedEx)! Will definitely buy from them again
