    It only took an hour to realize that the Therapeutics pillow I purchased from this company was not for me! The good news is that OrthoCanada gave me a full refund and graciously accepted the pillow back-- with follow-up. That's the way to do business! I will recommend them to anyone needing a "different" pillow!

    I got a knee brace very quickly , it was the wrong size, so I got it changed twice, customer service was absolutely amazing, very friendly and helpful, Thanks guys (Cristina and Jonathan )

    exceptional customer service!!
    I ordered one of the knee bracelets for my dad which didn't fit properly,
    And the manager (Katherine or Kaitlin) was very nice and did everything she can in order to make me a happy customer.

    with this kind of customer service i would not worry to order from them!!

    Unfortunately, amazing customer service is a rarity in these times. I cannot say enough good things about this company including their topnotch ordering; communication; answering of questions; and standing behind their product. I do not hesitate to recommend this company!

    Just ordered an oval-8 online. Fantastic product... Upgraded my comfort for the next 6 weeks. Shipping was really fast (received it early next day via FedEx)! Will definitely buy from them again
