When you call by phone you can hardly get assistance in English. Quote: "For English Press 9". I wonder why not something like "89365289"

The service at the automotive department is amazing skilled mechanic and good customer service. The same can't be said about the parts department though they suck. They never answer the phone the employees seem to run from work. But very nice store with good selections and deals and they always have great specials

The special deals at Canadian Tire are real ones. When they got a promotion it's a really good one. We needed some stool for our new kitchen island and they were at 50% off. Amazing deal.

Some employees need to work on their services skill, but are usually nice.
