They took their time to negotiate prices with me, discuss possible options and explained everything in so much detail.

They also followed up when I had lost touch which I believe is an extremely important part of building customer relationships.

I am a new car owner and didn’t know much about vinyl wraps or anything, I asked other professionals and they made me feel very uncomfortable by critiquing and sort of talking down to me. On the contrary, Fassteam wraps was very candid, professional and one of their team members even went ahead and opened his service on a Sunday for me. That just goes about to show you how committed they are to servicing their customers and building strong relationships.

As far as the work, it was top-notch, outstanding and couldn’t be any better. Christian was very calm, relaxed and he knew what he was doing. Definitely deserves a 5 stars and definitely coming back for more. I recommend them to anyone looking for wraps or similar services !
