Fantastic plumber. Came in to fix a leak in our basement. It was a stressful situation as new home owners but Robert took care of everything for us and made us feel reassured. Great service, on time, super helpful. Booked us in for the next day during a time of year when normally people who work in construction take time off. Took the time to explain and demonstrate the issue with our plumbing, which I really appreciate.

I had a emergency blocked tub in my tenants apartment. It was Fri afternoon and I knew if I did not find someone asap I would be paying double time on the weekend. I gave Plomberie Pro Service a call praying he was able to help. The nice gentleman came within a hour, fixed all the issues within a hour!!!!!! I also had him fix a leaking pipe that we fixed with plumbers tape and still in was under a hour. If you want a professional plumber, seriously give them a call. He has our business for life! We called at 6:45 tonight. We got someone to answer the phone and we were told that they would be here to replace the hot water tank Monday morning at 9:30. Talk about amazing service.

Robert did an excellent job installing our new dishwasher. He even noticed and fixed some issues with the existing plumbing that would've led to water damage down the road if left unchecked. That being said, he isn't pushy with his recommendations. If you want to rest easy knowing that the job is well done, this is the plumber to call. Highly recommended
