Lou was exceptionally attentive to each and every question and requirement that my my wife and I had---from the get go! We were in and out of the Centre Du Foyer De L'Outaouais store a few times over a period of almost six months before we finally made our purchase. On October 3, 2018 Olivier (Tech Lead) and Jocelyn completed our Osburn 900 wood stove installation. Impeccable work and customer care! Bravo! Our Osburn 900 Wood Stove has been in use for over 2 weeks now. Its performance? Exceptionally good!
