Discount Car & Truck Rentals

Haven't picked up the vehicle yet but the service I received from the reservation centre was incredible. The customer service agent was extremely patient (I did wait quite some time before an agent came but I'll take the blame for that, should have reserved earlier) and found an available van for Wednesday at a really good price (since I already have insurance). I wasn't in a big hurry for a vehicle but otherwise the price was more than double on the weekend; it is moving season afterall. She searched sometime to accomodate my needs; van for two days on very short notice in moving season.
I did ask for English service but I got French. Sounded like she could speak English as well. I'm fluent in French but still prefer service in English.
I'm picking up in Hull on Montclair. I've rented here often and they have a really great staff.

Once I got into the car and drove away, I noticed a sound coming from underneath the vehicle. I went back to the dealer and although they were out of cars, they found me one, an upgrade, within 20 minutes. Great service. Note to whoever rent a car, if you bring back the car with a noise, just tell them.

I’ve been so impressed with this location that I’ll drive up from Ottawa because of the great service and pricing. On the last rental, Karel the advisor could not have treated me better. Everything was clearly explained and he spent a lot of time making sure the pre and post inspection were done properly - which put my mind at rest that there wouldn’t be any issues. The Kia Rio was fully equipped and so even though it was their cheapest offering, it was thoroughly enjoyed. 5 stars all around!

The best car rental service I ever have! The managers are nice and patiently, the vehicles are always well-prepared (snow-tires on in winter), and the price is great. I've been here twice and compared to my personal experiences (more than 20 times) from any other car rental companies all over Ottawa-Gatineau, I would say yes this is the best one! The only issue is the distance(a little bit far from ottawa), and I received the pick-up service (at history museum).
