  Service at the hotel was exceptional. Staff was very attentive to our needs throughout our stay. Services offered at the hotel were abundant and we found ourselves always having something to see or do. Pool is open all season, spa service is very expensive. Room service was exceptional. Overall a great experience and look forward to our next stay.

  Room size was excellent especially in the King Suite, cleanliness was a high priority and was evident. The room decor has become a bit dated, but the TVs are all up to date. The staff was courteous and polite, all bilingual. The food in the restaurant was hot and tastey. The pool and hot tub(indoor and outdoor) were a must...even in -20 weather. The only reason this did not get a 5 star review was due to some of the damaged items in the room...handles missing, pieces around the bathroom mirror missing, nothing major, but little things add up. Overall I highly recommend.

  We booked a suite for a weekend away - first class service and amenities as one would expect. Fantastic main restaurant with a wine list like the phone book of a small city, along with a great Sunday brunch on the second floor. Beautiful view of the fireworks show the fist night.

  Really nice place and friendly staff especially doorman. Called reception a couple of times also friendly and patient, beautiful outside heated pool and clean gym room. Surrounding area of hotel very nice to visit. By the way never really noticed before at other places but beds are extremely comfortable so much so my wife is looking at the Hilton site to get a king size mattress.

  My husband and I went here for my birthday yesterday and it was amazing! Very upscale, chic, beautiful hotel. They upgraded our suite (I think because it was my birthday?) Very large room with sinker tub and huge separate glass shower, very contemporary. Clean, nice view of lake area but snow unfortunately. Large foyer in room with marble flooring and super king size bed which was very comfortable. We were treated extremely well. I was welcomed by an employee at our door with a birthday card and some treats. We ate at Le Bacarra and what a delightful experience! All staff very professional and obviously trained very well to make all visitors feel very comfortable and special. Would definitely go again!
