(August 17, 2016, 6:33 pm)These guys were great! Saved about 60$-113$ from what Wind was going to charge me for a phone. I interacted with one of the three staff who was especially gung ho on repairing cell phones and couldn't let it go until he found the problem. Unfortuanately like integrated components the entire mother board had to be replaced, but that's life. Still saved money over what Wind was going to charge me. Two things they could do to imporve service: 1. Have a ticketing system 2. Permit use of at least one of debit or credit card for larger transaction. I know CC charge % of transaction but maybe Interact debit is cheaper to use?
