Rosemary I ordered from a third-party supplier arrived old and stale, so I complained, which resulted in an invitation to phone Altius, so I did, but ended up with voicemail. But, the next day, I was surprised to get a return call, not from a customer service rep, but the company owner, who thanked me for bringing the issue to his attention. We had a nice chat, and I do understand it's impossible for any company to ensure third-party retailers properly store and track their product. Now, a week later, I just received a great big bottle of fresh, lovely rosemary, and a good-sized, high-quality, refillable grinder filled with Himalayan sea salt. Altius, your exceptional customer service has changed my mind about your product and made me a loyal customer. You rock.
