(January 24, 2021, 11:25 pm)I had recently an issue with one of their dog food products bags (factory mixing/ratio issue of added freeze dried protein to kibble).
After contacting the customer service phone number, my questions about the issue were answered in a professional manner, and I was promptly sent a coupon for a free bag to compensate for the product that I had previously bought that didn't meet my or their standards.
They stand by their 100% customer satisfaction guaranteed policy and besides that one poorly mixed bag, my pets and I have been very pleased with their products.
