(July 16, 2019, 6:50 pm)My sessions with Alyssa were exactly what I needed to understand how my brain works and most of all, how to work WITH it and not against it! The way I was trying to get my life together before simply didn't work and I didn't know why... I'm so grateful that with her help I now know how I function best and I've finally restored the broken relationship I had with myself. Oh and did I mention all the times we cried laughing... It felt great to be able to not only work on my issues but also keep it light-hearted... at least that was the dynamic between her and I!
I wholeheartedly recommended working with Alyssa! A true heart of gold with a bunch of tricks up her sleeves for ADHD brains like me!
