I called and got an appointment same day, which was absolutely fantastic!
I brought my dog Maki in the same day I made an appointment and along with me, I brought my pet rat, Thumbelina. My pooch typically gets very anxious around veterinary clinics of any sort but the toys and display in the windows threw him off enough, it's located in a strip mall, so he walked right up to the door, tail wagging like its Mondou!
So immediately the atmosphere was very welcoming, Maki wasn't scared or anxious which was a huge relief, it made the experience very enjoyable.
I was expecting to take at least 2 hours since I had a lift there and at many other vets I end up spending the day waiting for results, I'm blown away by the efficiency and accuracy at this clinic, I was in and out in under 45 minutes with answers to my questions, prescription, medication and the best part, Maki was still in a good mood!

I showed up 20 minutes late and they still took care of Maki with a smile, really passionate and transparent clinic in my personal opinion and experience.

Note: Dr. N. Duguay was our veterinarian, she's super sweet, very knowledgeable, the clinic itself was kept very hygienic and clean, quite impressive.

Needless to say; MY NEW GO-TO.

Dr Stiles and her staff are unbelievable. Good people who really care with lots of love. Our dogs have been going there for years! Keep up the great work guys, thank you!

Excellent service, and such great animal-loving people! This is the best vet I've ever been to, and I bring all my pets there now. I really love all the attention and care they have given to my dogs. I can't speak more highly about the wonderful vets and technicians.
