I had already spent hours with Microsoft and another ‘repair’ company trying to sort out my laptop . Thank goodness I gave finally to Computers Repair - within a short time he had not only diagnosed an intermittent fault on the disk, but offered me a way to upgrade

Now my computer is like new, 10 times as fast.
