Dollar Cinema

I give it 5 stars not because this theater is particularly good-looking or anything, but it's such an experience, especially considering that the owner is hilarious. The dollar cinema is just one of those eccentric staples in the city. Bernie for mayor.
Also, love that they're playing the Irishman before any other theater in the city (except cinema moderne - but they're totally booked up)

We've been coming here for years. The staff is so nice and friendly. We have a large family so the prices are perfect for us. We highly recommend this cinema.

Such a lovely and kitsch experience for so ridiculously cheap! We had a great time and the popcorn is some of the best I’ve had!! The owner really took the time to chat to us and made the experience that much better. Highly recommend as you can see a film and snacks for less than $5!!

This cinema is so incredible! My partner and I went for the first time tonight and had an amazing time. Incredible snacks (the popcorn is to die for!) and very very cute feel. The owner is so lovely and so passionate about his customers. Definitely recommend! ❣️

Best experience under 5 dollars (I usually buy snacks along with my movie). Snacks are basic but if you are okay with that, can't go wrong here especially for the price! Hope they continue to stay open for a very long time.
Movie ambiance at a very affordable price.
Staff are polite and nice to talk to.
