I had an incredible experience with the move in and lease set up process. Our agent Samuel, guided us every step of the way with patience, clarity and support. Throughout the entire process we received instantaneous responses and felt that everything was done to ensure and smooth and easy transition. My interaction with Samuel began when I sent an e-mail inquiry on a unit listed on Zumper that my dad was interested in and only a few minutes later, I received a call from him. He is very professional, personable, efficient and extremely helpful!

The first unit didn't quite met our needs after the visit but he took the time to understand what we were seeking, answered our questions and found solutions by recommending other units that CLV had available with the criteria that we had. Not only was Samuel great at his job, he really cared about us in finding a unit that we were happy with and that really speaks volume of the overall wonderful and helpful person/agent he is.

I love CLV group i was a previous tenant on the Kingsley apt in Cote Saint-Luc, and recently moved on Parc Kildare apt. They are pet friendly, super nice staff (Sarah who has shown me the units and now i live in one) Andrei who does maintenance, they are fantastic people. The surrounding of this area is clean and well maintained, CLV takes good care of their buildings, I am impressed. Only one thing, the main office for this Parc Kildare building, the receptionist barely answers my questions by emails or never picks up the phone. Except for when i had to sign the lease and make a deposit, at the beginning she was super quick to answer my questions...Now I am their tenant it's been almost a month, we will see...I just hope i won't lose my patience over time.
Except for the office, CLV is great to rent, I lived 2 years on Kingsley, only had good experience. As long as you're nice tenant , they will be nice.
