Great value, homey and warm feel to the place. The management is hands on and lots of choices in equipment, classes and there's even a pool. I highly recommend!

This is the best club in the area. Lot's of good equipment, different rooms for many activities offered - classes, basketball, martial arts, personal training etc. Nice large locker rooms, huge walls of windows for natural light. Facility is very clean - and machines are repaired quickly (unlike many other gyms close by). Pieces are great compared to similar gyms/clubs in the part of Montreal (super cheap compared to Toronto, Ottawa etc) I tried other gyms that were cheaper and some were more expensive and i am happiest here.
