Laurent's quality of his work is impeccable to say the least. He went above and beyond when doing an inspection for a house I was looking at. He is patient, bilingual, and takes the time to explain his findings throughout the inspection and is very transparent. He is readily available and invests his time into his work. He answered all of my questions and took the time after the inspection to go over all the documents very thoroughly. He is very knowledgable and knows what he is doing. I would definitely recommend!

Laurent was very professional, helpful, patient and honest with his work. I used his services for my first home purchase and had lots of questions as you can immagine. He not only answered all of them with a smile, but took time after the inspection to sit with me and explain his findings & provide recommendations.

Even after the inspection, I had questions about the report and needed advice on best practices for home owners, and Laurent was more than happy to help.
