La Communauté eucharistique de St.-Luc

My father wanted his funeral service to be held at St-Luc's church. The church he attended hundreds of times in his life. We, of course, honored his wishes.

The service was bilingual, and was live broadcast on youtube so that his relatives who could not come could still watch. They had access to a lovely singer, Kathleen Bolton, who sang during the mass. Father Montpetit was warm and compassionate and delivered a very good mass in two languages. The church itself is beautiful and distinct.

Really a beautiful church, I’m not talking about the architecture (although it is a nice example of a modern church building). The people truly are very welcoming and mass on Sunday mornings is quite beautiful, with a vibrant and talented youth choir, involved parishioners and inspired homilies.
