Losing weight has been an on again/off again process for me for years. After reading an article in a local newspaper by nutritionist Jaimie Easton, I decided to find out if her help could make a difference. It has been 6 months since we started a program together and I have lost weight and inches off my waist. Monthly meetings to set goals and guidelines has made it easy for me to continue with her help. I am happy with my progress so far and look forward to better results in the future.
