(May 11, 2022, 1:41 am)I was a bit scared this company was delivering when I saw all the reviews but other than being a bit late, both drivers were very nice and professional. They helped unpack and clear the packaging afterwards but my furniture order came with white glove service so that was included.
The delivery service sends you a tracking link with an ETA and though they were late, the ETA updated on the website and the driver called me beforehand. Most furniture stores don’t do this so that was appreciated. No complaints here.
(May 2, 2022, 12:29 pm)This company delivered some furniture that I ordered from Costco. The team was professional and did the delivery really well (no mess, no complaints about stairs,etc.)
The communication could have been better, we didn’t know the order was going to be late, but in the end they were only slightly late. Given all the delivery delays and issues I’ve faced recently, this was an acceptable shortfall.
