(August 26, 2021, 4:20 pm)After i arrived at the border control, i was sent to immigrations. They told me, they can't let me enter Canada because of a missing document. But thanks to Officer Devlin, we managed to find a way to make another application wich was approved the next morning. Officer Devlin stayed 3 hours longer, just to help with my case and iam so, so grateful!!! He was at any time professional and caring (had a small mental breakdown when i heard i have to leave) and guided me though all the bureaucracy.
Again: Thank you so, so much! I will never forget this!
