Gabriel needs to be more reliable and have better business ethics. Gabriel schedules appointments and either cancels the day of or does not respond. Several months ago, he provided a cracked window glass and has yet to replace it. He continues to schedule appointments to replace it and then doesn't come and ignores texts.

My wife found Gabriel's ad post on Kijiji. We were a bit reluctant since we didn't know or heard of them but let me tell you it was probably the one and only person I enjoyed working the most with throughout our renovation. We changed our door to this beautiful charcoal gray modern look, he also fixed some of our windows and we were super happy with his work, service and kindness. I have referred Gabriel to many friends and will keep referring him with no doubt.

Before meeting Gabriel Itu and Colin Deac, I had a lot of trouble replacing three large windows in a Victorian house. Not only were the windows oversized, but the frames also had to be rebuilt.

Several contractors claimed that it was impossible to replace the windows while meeting the requirements of the city of Montreal. Others signed contracts with me but left the job saying they weren't able to do it or do it at an affordable price.

So I'm very happy that Gabriel, Colin and their team were able to take up the challenge. They have done an excellent job in all respects at a reasonable price within a reasonable time. I recommend them without reservation.
