Absolutely loved my experience there. I got two paintings reframed and was hesitating with the colors and style but the staff was very helpful and patient in advising me. I LOVE the results. I highly recommend them!

We aren’t in the habit of writing reviews but since we had such a positive experience at Le Frame Shoppe, we felt that we wanted to share it. We had visited a few other custom framing stores in the West Island area for help with our project but unfortunately, we couldn’t quite find anyone who understood or who shared our vision. This all changed upon walking into Le Frame Shoppe and meeting with Matt. We showed him a picture of the inspiration behind our project and he helped guide us through the process, while making everything so easy. For example, rather than having us go through multiple variations of white matting, he narrowed the choice down to the two he thought would work best. Unfortunately, even though Matt succeeded at bringing our vision to life, our frames didn’t quite work in the space that we had intended on displaying them. We explained the situation to Matt and he was so understanding – he and Heather worked with us to explore other frame options that would work better with our décor and they even allowed us to borrow some frame samples. Matt – we really appreciate all of your help in seeing our project through and also for your excellent post-customer service.

First time visiting Le Frame Shoppe. We are very happy with the work. Heather was great in helping us with our frame selections. She also kept us informed on the delivery date. Very good customer experience. We will definitely go back for other framing needs.
