Not worst. Definitely not the best. Was understaffed, bathroom’s cleanliness was’t on par, food was only some croissants and some fruits. Was expecting more food wise. There is plenty of comfortable seating, which is a plus. Unfortunately no alcohol in the morning , so no mimosas or bloody ceasars ( which are known to cure a hangover).
If you have a business class ticket, definately use it, but definately don’t pay for an access pass.
Good booze. Strange and limited selection of food. Why not have a restaurant and menu instead of wrapped sandwiches on buffet? There’s a kitchen.
Hello from Montreal!
I had the chance to visit the Maple Leaf Lounge and the staff was as sweet as the syrup! 🤩
Extremely friendly and helpful!
Despite covid measure it really felt like a cool experience!
Once more I really enjoyed the friendliness of the staff (talkative and smily+laughing).
If you get the chance then go enjoy a drink:D
Spacious, comfortable lounge with decent view of planes outside. The food needed to be ordered via QR code, it get's delivered within minutes straight to your table. Unfortunately food is delivered in little cardboard takeaway boxes with flimsy plastic cutlery. Impossible to cut the veal cutlet like that, so gave up on it. Really would prefer to have someone serve us food, on real plates with real cutlery.
