Great product, even better customer support!
Picked up a SPY2KCOS from Costco in late July and on my first use, I broke a couple of the plastic holders. 100% my fault based on where/how I had the unit situated. Machine works great and the holders are well thought out for cord, hose and accessory management. My first power washer was a nightmare so it is nice to see such attention to detail
Disappointed with my broken pieces, I called PowerPlayPro customer support and spoke with Jaime. She was super helpful, and professional, and was kind enough to replace the parts under warranty when it was my own stupidity that led to them getting broken. Appreciate the excellent service Jaime!
