Restaurant Semaphore

Solo business traveler staying at the Double Tree for 4 nights. Ate at the restaurant 3 of the 4 nights because it was fantastic. Being a hotel restaurant some of the menu items were not available at the time of order which was frustrating, but everything I did order was excellent!! The servers and bartender (manager) were extremely pleasant and provided great service. The Cornwall chicken was my favorite dish. Juicy chicken breast with skin cooked to perfection. The pistachio desert was the best! Will definitely return to this hotel and restaurant if working in the area again.

Wonderful experience. Sevice excellent, waitress charming, and food up to snuff. Salmon tartar and duck entree were well worth the cost. Bar is a bit limited but should suit most needs. Fair tea selection as well.

Had breakfast and dinner. Both were absolutely amazing! Highly recommended.

Beautiful restaurant, great food and amazing staff:)

Had a quick lunch at the resto-bar. We tasted the tuna tataki and the salmon tartar and both were excellent! Great menu, healthy and fresh. They had a vegan sandwich as well.
I will be back, cant wait to try the restaurant with the full menu.
