(November 12, 2018, 11:20 pm)I had actually inquired with Urban Crave about a meal when passing thru YUL going East, but in the interest of time, I ended up dining elsewhere. So I decided to try them on the way home. The gal who had first answered my questions about allergens recognized me from 4 days prior, which impressed me. The server I interacted with this time helped sort out a salad of sorts that I could eat—it was simple, but it was a nice change from some redundant meals I’d had over the weekend. The server double-checked and verified that each aspect of my meal was free of known allergens, and didn’t make me feel like I was “that person.” She also tried to make sure I was paying a reasonable price given that my meal was unique. Great service!
