The past few months with the pandemic has made shopping feel like a chore and not at all enjoyable, but being in Bureau en Gros, Kirkland has made my day twice now. The greeting at the door makes you feel welcome and all's well. It makes for a pleasant shopping experience when the staff is helpful and polite.
